About the program
The 2013 Fleet Feet Sports Full & Triple Crown/Half Marathon Training Program will officially kick off on Saturday, January 5, at 8:00 am at the store. This group is open to runnners, walkers, and run/walkers of all paces and levels of experience! The program spans 16 weeks and includes 4 weekly group workouts with mapped courses, coaches, weekly emails, vendor sponsored runs, an official training tee, and much more! Weekly workouts begin at our store every Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 8:00 am.
In addition, this year we will also be offering a fourth group run on Tuesday's at 6:30 PM at the Tin Roof (3921 Shelbyville Road) Following our Tin Roof runs, the Tin Roof will have many food and beverage specials exclusive to our training program!
