No Boundaries is a 10-week training program for first time and beginning walkers and runners.  If you're thinking right now that you're not sure you could run or walk a 5K - then we want you!  You've got to start somewhere and we want you to start with us.

When & Where?
- Program Begins: Tuesday, March 6th
- Program Ends: Saturday, May 12th with the Louisville Throo the Zoo 5K
- Weekly Group Workouts: Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30 PM
- Location: All group workouts begin and end at Fleet Feet Sports, 2239 Taylorsville Rd


Informational Meeting

Join us for an informational meeting regarding No Boundaries on February 23rd, 7PM at Fleet Feet Sports (2239 Taylorsville Rd).  You are not required to attend the informational meeting to register for No Boundaries.
